How long does it take to receive an order?
Delivery times vary depending on location, time of order and delivery method selected.
You will find the precise information in the checkout after having indicated your address and the desired delivery method.
- FRANCE: 1-3 days
- DOM-TOM: 5-7 days
- CANADA & USA: 5-7 days
Our delivery times do not take into account order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days).
Orders placed before 5 p.m. are generally prepared during the day. This concerns orders placed from Monday to Friday
These preparation times may be increased at particular times of the year (private sales, sales, etc.) given the greater volume of orders.
